How do I become a member?

You can start by simply meet with our coaching staff to discuss your personal goals. Those new to CrossFit will start their journey with our On-Ramp Course. 4 personal training sessions with one of our coaches to get you acquainted with the gym and all it has to offer while also getting a great workout in the process. These sessions take place in a small class setting with a CrossFit level 1 trainer and are designed to get you exposed to all the necessary foundational movements. Please arrive 10-15 mintues early so we can get all your information uploaded to our system.

Can I come whenever I want?

No. At CrossFit Washington we currently offer class times that are supervised, led instruction by CrossFit level 1 trainer; at this time we offer an open gym at select times to Unlimited members only who have been approved.

Can I come check out the gym first?

Absolutely!  You will meet a coach, check out the gym and discuss what you need to help with your nutritionand fitness goals.  We look forward to seeing you!

"I don't want to lift weight." 
"I don't want to be bulky like the other CrossFit women."...What?!

I'm Pregnant...now what?

CrossFit Washington offers an area for children to gather to watch you train and so you can keep an eye on them as well.

"I'm too old...is their granny CrossFit?"

I'm "over weight" or "Obese"...Can I do CrossFIt?
